UNICORN POOP CHEESE CAKE

This cheese cake is perfect for a fun festive party or just a fun cake.

You well need

3-8 oz packages of cream cheese

3/4 cup white sugar

3 cups cool whip

pink, orange, blue, purple food dye

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup each orange, pink, purple, blue candy melts ( vanilla chocolate with food dye works)

2 tablespoons shortening or coconut oil

sprinkles

First line and grease a 6" spring form pan.

Combine the graham cracker crumbs and butter. Then press the graham crackers into the bottom of the pan and set in freezer for 10 minutes whale you make the filling.

Mix the cream cheese and sugar together until light and fully combined. Add in the cool whip and mix just until combined.

Then separate equally into 4 bowls and add the food dye to each bowl blue, orange, pink, and purple.

Remove crust from freezer ad place large dollops of the filling randomly into the pan.

Use a spatula or spoon to smooth out the top and place in fridge for 2 hours.

Place pink, orange, purple, and blue candy melts in separate bowls with 1/2 tablespoon shortening or coconut oil.

Heat for 35 seconds, stir and heat more if necessary to melt the candy melts or chocolate.

Let the candy melts cool as you take the cheese cake out of the pan. Then drizzle the candy melts or chocolate over the cake and add sprinkles whale The candy melts or chocolate is still wet then wait 10 munites to serve so the candy melts or chocolate can dry.
